Terms and Conditions
1. General Policy
By making a reservation at our hotel, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for all guests.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 1:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:30 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Valid identification (passport or ID card) is required upon check-in.
3. Reservations & Payments
- All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or deposit.
- Full payment may be required upon arrival unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.
- Rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed booking.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before arrival.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be charged one night’s stay.
- In case of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
5. Pets
Pets are not allowed within the property unless approved in advance.
6. Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided.
7. Liability
The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
8. Force Majeure
The hotel will not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, or transport disruptions.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
10. Others
- WiFi: Free, property-wide
- Payment: Cash + card accepted
- Transfers: Fast boats & airport transfers arranged on request
